Sanvid was started with a simple intent to give back to a society that has built our foundations in values of integrity and ethics. The search for technical education has often compelled school children in Indian villages to move away from the rural society that can teach them invaluable morals. We aim to create an environment where learning is not a privilege, but an inclusive opportunity for children to grow – even as they stay grounded firmly in family values and a close-knitted rural society. Sanvid is an effort to empower the next generation of Indian citizens through technical education and to connect them to the mainstream digital world.

The name Sanskrit name Sanvid depicts knowledge or “gyana”, we believe that this name truly expresses the power of our movement. It reflects that the pursuit of knowledge brings greater meaning to a person’s life.
Our logo is a symbol of the Saraswati Yantra. The Indian goddess and her divine instrument that enlightens the soul and empowers the mind with knowledge.
Our Tagline “Beyond Horizons” showcases all that we have set out to do. Empowering young children with knowledge, so they can achieve more in life. Our goal is to inspire youngsters to expand their horizons.
